About the Friendship Four:
Friendship Four Gospel Quartet is based out of Friendship Baptist
Church in New Concord, Ohio. The Quartet began Jan 1 2001 and sings primarily
Southern Gospel music. Serving the cause of Christ has taken the Friendship
Four to many different places including churches, county fairs, outdoor events,
prisons, institutions, and even Burger King once. Our goal is to share Christ
in song to all whom will listen through the medium of Southern Gospel music.
Friendship Four is made up of Lisa Henderson singing tenor, Tim Thomas singing
lead, Dewayne Smith singing baritone, and Jay Henderson singing bass. Jay
is also one of 3 pastors at Friendship Baptist Church. Friendship Four also
entered a quartet singing contest this year in Kenton, Ohio and won first
place. God's blessing are immense and we acknowledge His power as our source
to do all thing that are pleasing in His sight and we look forward to ministering
to your church family soon.
