It is an interactive experience which Christian Lay People (witnesses) from other churches that come to your church to share their testimonies and lead a series of small groups. This helps your people explore the 'Lordship of Christ' in their lives.

Many Christians have accepted Jesus Christ as their savior, but few have really made him 'Lord' over their life.

The purpose of this weekend is to have your people slow down and take a realistic look at the priority that Christ plays in their personal life, their family, work place and in all their relationships.

The witnesses that come are not 'super-human' or 'spiritually superior' people. They are people who have taken their walk with Christ seriously on a day to day basis. They will share honestly with your people. They will share their failures as well as their successes.

The typical results we see from a Spiritual Revitalization Weekend are:
(1) Rededication to make Jesus Lord of their life,
(2) many first time commitments to Jesus Christ,
(3) an interest in doing the work of the local church,
(4) an interest in sharing their testimony on how Jesus has effected their lives,
(5) and because of the small group experience during the weekend they will be interested in starting small groups.

The exact result from church to church cannot be predicted as the Holy Spirit moves in different ways in each church. The important thing is that we are prepared for our weekend. Expect God to move!! Pray for all those you wish God to touch during the weekend.
